Day 1:Take an afternoon flight to Xi'an. Upon arrival, you will visit the Shanxi Provincial History Museum. In the afternoon, take a visit to the City Wall, the best preserved, as well as the oldest and largest of the city defense systems in China, and also visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda, one of the famous Buddhist pagodas in China. Day 2:After breakfast, visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, one of the most significant archeological finds of the 20th century. These 6,000 life-size painted Terracotta Warriors and Horses, individually sculpted from real-life models and arranged in battle formation, have been protecting the mausoleum of the first emperor in Chinese history -- Emperor QinShihuang since 2,200 years ago.  (L)
