The Kai Wah Plaza International Kunming (formerly known as the Westin Kunming), was the first international 5 star hotel to be built in Kunming. The name (albeit former) "Westin" Kunming says it all.
This hotel is a high quality service-oriented hotel perfect for both the indulgent traveler and business person. Although the Westin group no longer run the hotel (after the '99 EXPO), this remains the best place to stay in Kunming.

The hotel provides a bus service for  guests to travel to and from the golf course. Inside the hotel itself, the newly opened warm water swimming pool helps make a stay here even more enjoyable.
