Day 01 Arrive in Beijing
Arrive inBeijing, the Capital of China and home to many wonders. To be met at the airport then transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the first day.

Day 02 Beijing
Today, you will initially visit theTian'anmen Square, reputed as the biggest public square in the world, which can hold one million people. Then visit the Forbidden City, renowned as the largest preserved ancient architectural complex in China and the world at large. After lunch, you will visit the Summer Palace, which is the largest existing imperial grand garden in China. In the evening enjoy the Peking Roasted Duck which is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing. (B/L/SD)
Day 03 Beijing
After breakfast, you will visit the marvelous Great Wall at Badaling, the most outstanding representation of Great Wall. Proceed to one of the ming tombs ?Chang Ling, the tomb of Emperor Yong Le (reign 1403-1424) and Empress Xu Shi, which is the largest and best preserved of the 13 Ming Tombs near Beijing. (B/L/D)
Day 04 Beijing / Xining
This morning, visit the Templeof Heaven, the most holy of Beijing's Imperial temples. This is where the Emperor came every winter solstice to worship heaven and to solemnly pray for a good harvest. Take a morning flight from Beijing to Xining. Met by your local guide and transferred to your hotel. After lunch, you抣l take bus to QinghaiLake, the largest salt-water lake in China. Enjoy the beautiful scenic spots of Riyue Shanon the way. (B/L/D)

Day 05 Xining - Lhasa
Free day in Xining. Explore the highland ancient city with more than 2,100 years?history on your own. Take an afternoon Qinghai-Tibet Train to Lhasa. Train No: T222 (1641/1721) (B/D)

Day 06 Qinghai-Tibet Train - Lhasa
A whole day on the Qinghai-Tibet Train, the highest railroad in the world at 4000 - 6000m asl, offers an awesome experience. It runs through the Qinghai-Tibet plateau mysterious and beautiful land with ever changing and diverse landscapes along its route, desert sand dunes, soaring snowy peaks, boundless pasture, immense grassland, primeval forests and subtropical areas. Arrive in Lhasa hotel in the evening. (B/L)

Day 07 Lhasa
This morning, first visit the amazing PotalaPalace, the greatest monumental structure in Tibet and perched upon Marpo Ri Hill, 130 meters above the Lhasa Valley. Also visit JokhangTemple, the spiritual center of Tibet. Afterwards, take a stroll along the Bakhor Street, the oldest street in Lhasa as well as the center of old Lhasa. Remaining very traditional, it is a place where Tibetan culture, economy, religion and arts are assembled. (B/L/D)
Day 08 Lhasa ~ Yamdroktso Lake ~ Xigaze
This morning, leave Lhasa to Yamdroktso Lake, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, as well as a pilgrimage site for Tibetans. Then you抣l visit Xigaze, the second largest city in Tibet. You will also go to visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, which is located at the foot of Tara's Mountain of Shigatse and is one of the six Big Monasteries of Gelugpa (Yellow Sect) in Tibet. (B/L/D)

Day 09 Xigaze ~ Gyantse ~ Lhasa
After breakfast, you will be taken to Gyantse, the fourth largest city in Tibet and often referred to as the "Hero City". You will visit Palkor Monastery, the typical Tibetan monetary. Back to Lhasa in the afternoon. (B/L/D)
Day 10 Lhasa
In the morning, you will visit Sera Monstery, as one of the 'Three Great Monastery' of the Yellow Hat Sect, which is also famous for its Tantric teaching. Then take a visit toNorbulinkaPark. Norbulingka means "Jeweled Garden". It was constructed as a summer palace for the Dalai Lama at the beginning, and then served the whole governmental administration. (B/L/D)
Day 11 Lhasa / Shanghai
Depart for your flight to Shanghai, China抯 largest city and seaport, also the capital of China's modern economy. Be met and transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day. (B/L/D)

Day 12 Shanghai
This morning, visit theBund. Have a stroll along the waterfront to experience the smells, sights and sounds of the old "Wall Street" in Shanghai. You also have a chance to visit famous Nanjing Road among crowds. Proceed to the famousShanghai Museum, its rich and high-quality collection of ancient Chinese bronze, ceramics, painting and calligraphy is specially celebrated in the world. Afterwards, visit the 400-year oldYu Yuan Garden. This evening you'll enjoy an amazingAcrobatic Show. (B/L/D)
